This is the second time I am sharing my most favorite recipes on this site. I love that you can use whatever ingredients you have on hand with food you have a passion for. These are some of my favorite recipes from the past few months that I have made, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
A few weeks ago, I was in my kitchen and I was making a dish that was so good I wanted to share it with you. I was at the point where I wanted to show everyone how to make these simple and delicious sweet potato fries. It was so good I was going to make a second batch. But I didn’t because something was in my way.
The problem is that the recipe I was making was so good, I could have easily made two batches of it. I ended up making a third batch when I realized that I just needed to go ahead and freeze my first batch.

You also need to put the potatoes into a freezer bag and use a spoon to push down on the potatoes. It’s a good idea to do this immediately after you’ve peeled a potato as it will help keep the potato from turning mushy.
Now that I’m finally using my oven, I had to make sure that it was preheating for the frozen potatoes. I didn’t want to use the oven before I had my potatoes thawed. It is a very difficult process to thaw potatoes and make them pliable. This is why I am so glad I had the oven preheated.
