I know there is a lot going on around here, but some thoughts about a hostile work environment are a little off. This is the place we’re working and the people that we are always trying to help you out. The things we are trying to help out in our lives, whether it’s getting a job, being a parent, or getting a college degree, it’s a great place to start.
The workplace is a hostile environment isn’t it? It’s a place where people don’t just yell at you because they don’t like a certain thing or you used a word they don’t like. There are things that people might not like, but there is a lot of hostility because of the culture that we live in.
In our community we have a few dozen kids that we have a lot of interest in, and sometimes they dont even know what is going on in that community. They keep all the info on their parents, but there is a lot of hostility to their friends. I hope we can get some help with this, but not because of what we are trying to do; we have to do it all the time. It’s all about being a community, not a job.

As they say, a toxic work environment is one that’s hostile to the people who aren’t there. A person who feels that way is not going to be able to do their job, and that is what we are trying to change.

The researchers found that working at the same place all the time was much more stressful than working for a different job or work for the same person. In the end, the stress is very much not caused by the workplace, but by how people treat each other. At the end of the day it’s a matter of how people treat each other, and not what they do in the office.
I don’t know of any other company that has a culture more similar to this than ours. Sure, most companies have a culture where the company is more defined, but this is a culture where the people are defined. You will not find a place where people love each other and respect each other that not one person treats another with disrespect. There is an air of camaraderie that I can’t describe.
At the end of the day, it’s not the people who act immorally but how they act that matter most. What the people here seem to be lacking is a strong work ethic. It seems they don’t care about their jobs, they just care about the people they work with. They love it, they like it, they would do it over again. They’re not evil, just not very disciplined.
It’s that same work ethic that makes our culture so vibrant and successful. Every business, every organization, every person, has the same underlying philosophy. To make a successful business, you need to surround yourself with people who are passionate about their jobs. A successful organization needs to have a strong belief in itself. If a worker doesn’t care about their work, it won’t matter what they do, but an organization that cares about its people cares about itself more.
