As you may know, Im originally from Austin, Texas, and I’ve always had an obsession with the city. I’m currently living in Paris, so I’m quite partial to the city’s beautiful architecture, but I’ll admit I’ve had a hard time finding anything that is “Austin’s”.
Austin is a city that has a very “urban” feel, but it is also very diverse. From the art and architecture to the food, culture, and music, Austin is a very multicultural city. Ive always been drawn to the city because of its vibrancy and the people that are so dedicated to making it their own. That is why Austin is one of my top three favorite cities in the world.

Austin doesn’t have the typical touristy stuff that many cities have to offer. For example, there’s no need for crowds. You can walk around town without stopping to make a pit stop, go to a coffee shop, or get a bite to eat. The city is very laid back. You can even go to the beach, hang out in the park, and go shopping. The city is very vibrant, and the people are very welcoming.
It’s pretty amazing that the city is so laid back. We can see this on the website, though, because of the way it’s now seen on the map. It’s not that it’s a touristy city, it’s just that it’s one of the most desirable and beautiful cities. But we can also see that there’s very little that people can do to make the city look like it’s the world we’re living in.
