I’ve recently been obsessed with the idea of being more self-aware about the way I’m eating. I love that I can go to the grocery store knowing that it’s a good time to make a purchase, and I think that I’m going to start doing this more often.
I’m pretty sure that most of the time that Im eating, its a good time to eat. But it’s just that I’m not eating it with the right mindset. Every time Im in a grocery store, I see myself in the grocery store, and Im not seeing myself in the grocery store. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, because Im just saying Im going to start being more self-aware about this.
I think that’s a great idea. Its also a big, huge idea. Everyone should be more aware of what they’re doing, even if it doesn’t seem like it.
It’s not just being aware of one thing, it’s being aware of many things at once. We all have so many things going through our heads at any given time, it’s a bit much to keep track of them all at once.
You could say that feedback is a very important aspect of being aware of how you are doing. Every time you take a step back, look at your surroundings, and try not to think about anything, this is your chance to start putting yourself back in the driver’s seat. It’s an important part of being aware of your surroundings and being able to take your thoughts and actions into perspective.
